A PhD position is available in the field of experimental nanoscience at surfaces and molecular imaging of conjugated polymers.

If you are enthusiastic about embarking on a doctoral project within our team, we encourage you to reach out to Prof. Costantini. Your application should include your CV, a cover letter, and the contact information of two academic referees familiar with your work who can provide references.

The University and external funding agencies offer various scholarships to support graduate studies. For example, for Chinese nationals can apply to the China Scholarship Scheme which, at the University of Birmingham is managed through the CSC-University of Birmingham PhD Scholarship scheme.

Information regarding postdoctoral positions within the Costantini Group will be posted here, as well as on the University’s website and on www.jobs.ac.uk as they become available. If you are contemplating applying for your own financial support (e.g.  Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships or Newton International Fellowships), we strongly recommend contacting Prof. Costantini beforehand. Summer Students

We can occasionally host dedicated and enthusiastic undergraduate students for about 10 weeks during the summer break.
